On April 6th, at 8:00am, more than 35,000 people will come together on the South Lawn of the White House to hear Elmo, Cookie Monster, and more of your favorite friends read aloud our newest Sesame Street book, Just One You!
This year marks the 137th annual White House Easter Egg Roll tradition hosted by the First Family and we are especially excited for Sesame Street to help kickoff the Easter festivities!
At the family-friendly event, you can expect fun Easter classics like the Easter egg roll, an Easter egg hunt, live music, storytelling, and sports.
At Put Me In The Story, we're particularly looking forward to very special appearances from Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Cookie Monster, and more of our Sesame Street favorites!
These Sesame Street friends make a starring appearance in Just One You! and they'll all gather together at the White House for a spectacular storytime experience celebrating YOU and your uniqueness!
If you miss the first storytelling at 8:00 a.m., don't worry! Elmo, Abby, and Alan will be reading again at 12:45 p.m. And even if you won't be at the White House on Monday, you can stream the event live. Stay tuned for more details!
