I ordered three books on Groupon and they are came back with some upside down pages. It was such a disappointment. I called Customer service and they wanted me to send and scan the pages through email. I am a busy mom of three toddlers under age of 6 and do not have time for this. Great customer service would have been to apologize for this error and reprint correctly the order. This never happened. Thank you .
