Due to the current circumstances of COVID-19 and increased carrier delays, we could experience interruptions in the printing and delivery of our books.

This potential for impact could delay delivery of your holiday order. While there will be many orders that get through as normal, we are unable to guarantee delivery by 2021 holiday dates.

We place great value on the experience that customers have when they order our books and we apologize for any inconvenience. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns before or after you place an order.

All of our personalized gifts begin printing once your order is placed and require approximately 4 business days for processing. To help with your selection, delivered estimates include processing plus time in transit.

US Shipping Options:
ECONOMY*: delivered within 10 - 14 business days
GROUND: delivered within 6 - 10 business days
EXPEDITED: delivered within 4 - 6 business days
EXPRESS: delivered within 3 - 5 business days

*Note: expect longer transit times for Economy if shipping to AK / HI / APO / FPO / US Territories.

Canadian Shipping:
Your order will ship from a location in the US. On average, most customers will receive their gift in approximately 10–15 days once the order has shipped.
